Colleen Macey, founder of Santa Barbara Interiors, has spent 25 years designing spaces on almost every kind of American landscape — a 200-year-old barn, a Manhattan penthouse, a Colorado ranch, a desert casita. A graduate of the New York School of Interior Design, she brings formal training and real-world range to every project.

She has a gift for reading a client’s taste and elevating it into something that surprises even them.
